One Roach, Many Fans

They say that when you see one roach, odds are, there are many more around that you can’t see. Hopefully, you didn’t know that fact. If you’ve seen a roach at your place lately, sorry, I’m not trying to scare you LOL.

I think supporters or even viewers are the same as roaches. You might only see one person who supports you or has complimented and professed their appreciation of your work, but best believe that there are many more out there who feel the same exact way.

Having that one person show their appreciation should be very encouraging for you. It’s a good sign that you are on the right path and that you are on the brink of reaching more people.

You might get discouraged when you see one roach, but if you have just one supporter, you should be very encouraged. Keep going.

Soulmate Search Simplified

Finding “the one” can be a challenge, but for me, it was quite easy to know that my wife was the one. We share many similarities, but also have differences that allow us both to learn and grow. Perhaps the most important aspect of our relationship is that she is a good person in general. This is crucial because I couldn’t be with someone who is nice to me but treats others poorly. Additionally, she gets along well with my family, which is important to me.

However, the most significant factor that made me realize she was the one was that I couldn’t imagine my life without her. Whenever I thought about my future and everything I wanted to achieve in life, she was always a part of it. I’ve never felt that way about anyone else before. Our daily interactions further confirmed that she was the one for me.

I believe that when it comes to finding your soulmate, you just know. It’s a feeling that can’t be explained or analyzed too much. It’s important not to settle for anything less than that feeling. If you feel like someone isn’t the one, it’s better to move on than to waste time. Your soulmate is out there waiting for you.

Developing Your Natural Gifts

Many of us have natural gifts or a great vision for something, but lack the necessary skills to achieve our goals. Although someone may be less naturally talented than you, they can surpass you by putting in the work to learn the craft. Therefore, it is important to follow your instincts and pursue the things you are naturally good at and interested in, while also learning the skills required to reach your full potential.

Your future and success depend on your willingness to develop your natural gifts. Take the time to explore your passions and develop your skills, even if it requires a lot of effort and hard work. This will enable you to reach your full potential and achieve your goals.

It is important to remember that developing your natural gifts is a process that requires dedication, hard work, and perseverance. You must be willing to learn, grow, and push through setbacks in order to achieve success. But with patience and determination, you can overcome any obstacle and reach your full potential.

Pursuing your passions and developing your natural gifts is crucial to achieving success. Don’t let your lack of skills hold you back from achieving your goals. Take the time to learn and grow, and you will be amazed at what you can accomplish. Your future and success are waiting for you, so go out there and pursue your dreams.

Sky’s the Limit: Evolving Continuously

Just when someone thinks they have you figured out, switch it up on them again. Show a different side of yourself that you’ve never shown before. Learn something that they’d never think you’d learn and do something that they’d never think you’d do.

A lot of times, people think they have you figured out, but they don’t. You’re more than what you’ve done; you are forever growing. Pay attention to those who won’t allow you to grow.

The sky’s the limit and you can do and achieve whatever you want in life, at any period of your life.

Mindset Shift

A lot of times, it’s just about your mindset. Something can be as good or as bad as we think it will be. As soon as you profess something, your mind and body follow.

For example, if I say ‘I don’t feel like waking up for class tomorrow morning,’ then tomorrow comes and I stay in bed and miss class. Whatever your mindset is towards something, that’s how you will approach the situation.

You can choose the mindset you have towards anything. I try to stay positive in every situation. It’s not about being an optimist, it’s about being a realist who looks to make the best out of any situation.

I also try to watch what I say to myself and my thoughts because I know they affect my mood and energy. A mindset shift can be the catalyst for happiness and success.

Embrace Every Phase

As a baby grows and develops, they will go through many different stages. It’s easy to start to look forward to future milestones with your baby. You might be excited for when your baby can walk, or talk, or eat solid foods, or not cry so much.

You really just gotta embrace every phase that your baby goes through, and enjoy and appreciate them all. This helps teach patience. It will also help set your baby up for success and create a great bond with them.

We must also embrace every phase in our own lives. There will be good phases and bad phases. Accept them for what they are, and know they every phase is temporary.

Most of the phases that we go through are based off of our decisions. We can take action to be in any phase that we want. Embrace the phase that you are in and get ready for the next one.

It’s Ok To Airball

It’s always interesting to see a player in the NBA air ball a shot during a game. Some fans get upset when this happens, but I like when players air ball.

It shows that no matter what level you reach in a particular field, you can still make mistakes. Even Steph Curry air balls shots at times. It’s ok to air ball, you just can’t let that stop you from shooting your next shot. You also can’t let one air ball define who you are as a shooter. You must maintain your confidence and be ready to make the next shot.

The same applies to real life. Taking risks and trying new things can be scary, but it’s important to step outside of our comfort zones to grow and learn. As the saying goes, “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take”. You might air ball a few shots, but that’s ok. Keep shooting.

Motivated by desire

Everything that we do, consciously or unconsciously, is motivated by our desires. Our desires can be both positive and negative.

I think to achieve our goals and aspirations, we need to understand and harness the power of our desires, and use them to fuel our actions and decisions. If you’re unmotivated or uncertain what you’d like to do with your life, it’s a good idea to look within and find what you really desire. It could be things such as success, happiness, and love. It could also be an activity or cause that you were always passionate about but never really pursued.

We can all desire something positive in life, and we can all use that desire as motivation. Desires are personal and subjective, so only you can decide what you really desire in life. This can be invigorating. It makes you feel free. There’s no better feeling than freely desiring something, then going out and pursuing and achieving it.

The Power of Repetition

I’ve written a blog post every day for over 100 days. Now it’s to the point where I can do it daily, without much thought. Some days I forget what I even wrote. It’s as if I’ve trained myself to tap into this state of mind that allows me to think and write, without even realizing that I am doing it.

When we do something repeatedly, our brains allow us to perform that task more efficiently and effectively over time. It can be a good thing when we are doing something productive or positive, like writing a blog or exercising regularly. I’ve realized that it can also be a bad thing when we are engaging in negative behaviors that become automatic and difficult to change.

Me realizing that I can write a blog everyday automatically, made me think of the negative things that I do automatically. I’m sure there’s a lot of things that I don’t even notice. Im gonna make it an effort to try to find those negative habits and change them into something more positive and productive.

It’s important to be aware of our habits and behaviors, both positive and negative, and work to consciously shape them in a way that supports our goals and values.

Small Fixes For Big Wins

“I try to look after the little ills, with the idea that if I take care of the little ills the big ones will not come.” – Booker T. Washington

We should all take care of the little ills, in effort to decrease the odds of a big ill coming. This could be health related, meaning you take care of the small runny nose before it turns into a full sickness, or you exercise and eat healthy and keep your cholesterol and blood pressure down before it leads to much bigger health complications.

The “little ills” don’t always have to be health related. It’s just any small problem that could lead to something bigger and worse. That could be things such as bad habits or bad relationships or even bad decisions. Anything that could that get in the way of your goals and well being.

Address all small problems early on. Identify and treat all underlying issues before they become more significant. Take care of those little ills so the big ones will not come.
