I often learn new things that I wish I would have learned years ago. Not that I have regrets and wish to make up for them with the things I recently learned, but rather the new information I’ve learned was already out there years ago and would have benefited me years prior also, if I had discovered it then.
It makes me think, maybe sometimes we aren’t ready for whatever it is we’re going to learn, that’s why we learn it later in life. Maybe we must experience other things as prerequisites before stumbling upon the new lessons. Maybe we couldn’t have learned previously because we were busy learning something else.
Either way, it’s all good. As long as you eventually did discover and learn the new idea or lesson. The exciting thing is, a lot of the time we don’t know what we will learn in our life or what we will come across. You just have to take the first initiative to go on that journey of exploring and learning new things, then let the rest unfold naturally.
Embrace the journey of exploring and learning, for it leads to unforeseen discoveries and growth.
