I’ve been sleeping better and feeling better since changing the height of my bed.
For almost 5 years, my bed had been too high, making it more difficult to access, a higher risk of falling off, harder to regulate temperature, and even made the bedroom decor look less aesthetically pleasing.
I kinda always knew the bed was too high, but didn’t realize all the effects it could have. Lowering the bed by just about 9 inches made all the difference. I feel better, I can access the bed, and the room looks better.
All this happened over a small change of bed height. I wonder what other small changes I could make in life that would make a big difference.
